Unhealthy Diet

If your diet is lacking in Vitamin A, you can develop dry eyes. A way around this is to make sure you eat vegetables such as kale, carrots, and spinach. You also need to include Omega-3 fatty acids. These acids boast anti-inflammatory properties that can do wonders to curb this annoying condition. To get a healthy fix of these, all you have to do is eat fish, flaxseed, walnuts, cauliflower, and eggs.
